Our Services

Please note that this Program is not an official service of the U.S. Government. U.S. Green Card Lottery Program is a private organization that offers consulting and professional help with the completion and submission of applications to the official Government DV Visa Lottery.

Payment

Once your payment is processed and your information is reviewed, your package of services will include the complete process of filling out and submitting your application for the DV Visa Lottery. The flat rate paid (depending upon which package chosen) will cover only the services stated in the description of that package. If necessary, you may also receive a free phone consultation with our stuff in order to gain or confirm information about you that will help us in correctly filing your application.

Should you decide to seek continued consulting services from the U.S. Green Card Lottery Program in years following the service coverage of your specific package, you will be billed separately at that time for the package of your choice.

U.S. Green Card Lottery Program is happy to offer our winner customers a $300 rebate on their airline ticket to the U.S. Please note, though, that winning participants will be responsible for any expenses associated with their relocation to the United States, including the remainder of their airline ticket cost if it is above $300.

Refund Policy

U.S. Green Card Lottery Program services, once purchased, are non-refundable. Our program cannot take responsibility for whether or not a particular application is chosen as a winner in any particular year. Our duty to our customers is to ensure the quick and correct submission of applications for the official U.S. Government Lottery. However, because our staff has no control over the process from that point, we cannot make any guarantees concerning the outcome of the government’s lottery or about a specific candidate’s chances of winning.
